30‑Day Return Window
Eyestyle accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for frames in unused, original condition.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The frame must be unworn and undamaged
- All accessories and packaging must be included
- Prescription lenses are non‑refundable, but frames may be returned if unused
Return Process
- Contact us at support@eyestyle.shop with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you prefer a different model, we can arrange an exchange once the original item is returned.
Refund Timing
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
